This privacy policy applies to lightbridgeholdings.com and describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through this website. Each subsidiary maintains its own privacy policy for its respective services.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, including your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. We also collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.
3. How We Use Information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and route it to the appropriate Lightbridge entity. Analytics data is used to understand site usage and improve the user experience. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Automated Sorting of Messages
When you send us a message through a form on this site, we use an automated tool to suggest which team should read it. The tool is run by our provider, Cloudflare (Workers AI). We send only a shortened excerpt of your message text, plus the topic you selected and the form type. Before sending, we try to remove email addresses, web links, phone numbers, addresses and names, but this is not perfect, so please do not put sensitive details in your message. We do not send your contact details or any attachments. If a message contains a financial or identification number, we do not use the tool for it. Cloudflare states that it does not retain this text after it returns the result and does not use it to train its models; it may process the text outside the United States. We keep your message in our own systems under our retention schedule. The tool only suggests a category. Our staff review messages, and the tool makes no decision about you.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration necessary to address your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+).
7. Cookies and Tracking
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets its own first-party cookies, alongside a visitor identifier we store in your browser's localStorage and a session identifier stored in sessionStorage (per browser tab). The visitor and session identifiers persist until you clear your browser's site data; we do not set them to expire automatically. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
