What does Lightbridge Holdings do?
Lightbridge Holdings is the parent organization of the Lightbridge family of technology companies. It owns and governs five independently operated businesses: lightbridge.ai, Lightbridge ERP, Lightbridge Cloud, Lightbridge Automation, and Lightbridge Software. Holdings does not sell products or services directly. Each operating company serves its own clients under its own brand.

What Lightbridge Holdings does, and does not do.
Lightbridge Holdings provides the corporate governance, capital allocation, and shared services (finance, legal, HR, and shared infrastructure) that the five operating companies draw on. It does not serve external clients and does not generate revenue directly: the operating companies do that. Each one sets its own strategy, hires its own team, and manages its own security and compliance program. Holdings does not operate group-wide compliance controls on the subsidiaries' behalf.
For the full governance framework, including how capital, finance, and legal functions are shared across the group, see About Lightbridge Holdings.
Holding company, parent company, portfolio company: how the terms apply here.
In the vocabulary of corporate structure, Lightbridge Holdings is a technology holding company: a parent organization that owns and governs a group of technology businesses rather than operating one itself. Each of the five companies above is, from the parent's perspective, a portfolio company within that group. The terms describe the same relationship from two directions: Holdings is the parent, and lightbridge.ai, Lightbridge ERP, Lightbridge Cloud, Lightbridge Automation, and Lightbridge Software are its subsidiaries.
